Met a dude in a Tobi cosplay, and danced with him at the thunderstorm dance. Went back to grab my hat and ask for his discord so we could be friends but he disappeared :( I saw him earlier today in con ops, I was the one who peace marked his weapon. Great cosplay, store bought cloak and mask, at least from what I could tell.
